VAYZUR is game routing infrastructure. Our job is to move your game packets faster, not to inspect them. What goes through VAYZUR stays in VAYZUR — we can't read it, we don't store it, we don't want it.

When you register, we store the minimum needed to run your account:

• Username — to identify your account in our dashboard.
• Password hash — bcrypt hashed, never stored in plaintext.
• Your WireGuard private key — stored on our servers to generate your config. See section 03 for the full disclosure on this.
• TON wallet transaction reference — to confirm your payment and activate your subscription. We do not store your wallet address beyond what's needed to match the payment.
• Subscription expiry date — so we know when to deactivate your peer.
• Invite code used — to track invite chain, nothing more.

That's it. No email address. No phone number. No real name. No IP address logs. No session recordings. No behavioral tracking.

This is a deliberate architectural choice. When your peer is created, VAYZUR generates your WireGuard keypair server-side and stores the private key so we can serve your config on demand and push it to edge nodes. This keeps the system simple and lets you reconnect from any device without re-importing keys.

What this means for you: if our servers were ever compromised, an attacker could theoretically access your WireGuard private key. Your WireGuard traffic could be decrypted by someone with that key.

What this doesn't mean: VAYZUR staff do not access your key for any purpose other than provisioning your tunnel. We do not monitor your traffic. We do not decrypt your sessions.

If you need strong security guarantees — for example, if you're using a tunnel for sensitive communications — VAYZUR is not the right tool. We recommend Mullvad VPN, which is audited, client-side key generation, and built specifically for security and privacy. VAYZUR is built for gaming performance, not anonymity or security.

Our servers do not log your traffic. Specifically:

• No connection logs — we don't record when you connected, for how long, or from where.
• No traffic inspection — we do not analyze, store, or inspect the contents of packets passing through VAYZUR nodes.
• No IP logging — your real IP address is not stored in any database or log file by VAYZUR.
• No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no tracking pixels on our website or dashboard.
• No telemetry — VAYZUR clients and agents send no usage statistics back to us.

Infrastructure-level logs that could correlate to you (e.g. Cloud server access logs) are outside of our direct control and governed by the infrastructure provider's own privacy policy.

VAYZUR does not sell, rent, broker, or share your personal data with any third party for any purpose — commercial, analytical, or otherwise.

The only circumstance under which we'd disclose data is a valid legal order from a court of competent jurisdiction. In that case, the only data we could produce is your account record — username, hashed password, keypair, subscription expiry. We have nothing else to give.

When your subscription expires, your WireGuard peer is automatically deleted from all nodes.

If you don't log in for 30 days, your account and all associated data — username, keypair, transaction reference, everything — is permanently deleted automatically. No action needed on your end.

If this policy changes in any material way, we'll announce it in our Telegram channel before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
